RETURNS

There is no such thing as free returns.

Returns lead to an increase in CO2 emissions due to the transportation back to us and an additional transportation to a new buyer. Worldwide, approximately 17 billion items are being returned every year. This totals to 4,7 million metric tons of Co2 emitted yearly.

To reduce the need to return Moyang has taken some measures.

The right size

The number one reason why people return items is because they have ordered the wrong size or multiple sizes with the intention to send back the wrong size.

Check our size guides on the product pages. If you're doubting which size you have to order, send us an email or DM on Instagram.

Reuse our packaging

It is required to use the same packaging in which your order was sent if you send everything back.

Conscious shipping

Please think about the environment if you return the items. You can for example drop your return package at a service point.

REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your new purchase, but if you need to return/exchange it for any reason, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unwashed, unworn, unsoiled and in their original condition. We inspect every return carefully and will reject any items that are not in their original condition. All tags and hygiene strips must be in tact for hygiene reasons. Please follow below instructions:

1. Send an email to info@moyang.eu including the following information:

- Invoice of order attached

- The products to be returned specified in the email

2. Send the items back:

- If you send everything back, use the same packaging in which your order was sent;

- If you send a portion of the order back, you may use the same packaging or your own. Please consider the environment when doing so;

Returns are at your own expense and at your own risk.
